Under the Distance and Doorstep Sales Act, you are entitled to cancel your purchase. You must notify us within 14 days of receipt of goods. The item may not be used and must be returned in the same condition and in the original packaging. Return postage paid by the buyer.
Note! Orders made according to customer requirements (special sizes, color, material, design etc), does not apply to the right to cancel the purchase.
Transport damage
At any transport damage, the customer must immediately contact the carrier (Post or other carrier).
Complaints
If you detecs a fault on your item that make you item unusabel for the purpose you baught it, contact us within five days of receipt for information on the measures,. Remember to document the defect, preferebly with a picture.
